What do you think differentiates The Alexander Group from other executive search firms?

Many things but most importantly is our seamless fluidity with our clients and internal team. Most firms have an externally facing team who engage with their clients but often there is a disconnect with their internal team. Our external client partner and team are the same people who execute each phase of the search - from conducting fresh research for every search to full candidate assessment and interviews and all client and candidate communications from search kickoff through completion. We are extremely client and team focused and function as a welcomed extension of our client team as opposed to an external third party.

What’s the highest compliment a client can give you?

Repeat business and unsolicited endorsement to others.

What do you love about your work?

The trusted partnerships we have built for decades and continue to build. Within our global life sciences practice, if we can help make a difference for patients, even indirectly, by providing top executive leaders to our clients who are committed with tremendous passion to develop new treatments for unmet needs across every therapeutic area, then sign me up every day! There is nothing better!
