In 1983, three women from Korn Ferry and Russell Reynolds formed The Alexander Group with a commitment to a few core values—putting clients first, delivering the highest quality and better value, and more closely aligning the firm’s interest with those of its clients. We believe executive search is about relationships more than about transactions, and that relationships matter.

In 2011, listening to our clients, this commitment led to our establishing Alex & Red, our sister firm, to extend our high-touch process to recruiting future C-suite leaders. In 2024, we integrated Alex & Red into The Alexander Group to be your solution to recruiting thoughtful, high-quality executives across your organization.
