Diversity Searches
Since our inception in 1983, The Alexander Group has conducted diversity searches for clients. We are an ethnically diverse society, but the traditional "networking" approach to executive search does not always produce an ethnically diverse pool of qualified candidates. The goal of a diversity search is to ensure that minority and non-traditional prospects are included in the candidate pool for all executive searches. In conducting diversity searches, we concentrate on identifying new targets and sources for candidates, including minority and ethnic-oriented professional organizations, seminars and association meetings, and other networking events.
